Standard shipping is $5.00 for single-item orders, while orders containing two or more items qualify for free shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

LumiDrop offers eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically agreed to by LumiDrop.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Returned products must satisfy the eligibility requirements contained in our Refund & Return Policy.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
