LumiDrop Refund & Return Policy

At LumiDrop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your LumiDrop product isn't right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition and include all components and accessories that were included with your order. Products that have been significantly damaged, altered, modified, or misused may not qualify for a refund.

Before sending your product back, please contact LumiDrop customer support to request a return and receive return instructions. Returns sent without first contacting us may experience processing delays.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. LumiDrop does not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise stated.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your order. LumiDrop cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect the product and notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Any original shipping charges and return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact LumiDrop customer support as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the problem so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to decline returns for products that:

• Are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Have been damaged through misuse, improper installation, modification, or neglect.
• Are missing significant components or accessories originally included with the product.
• Were not purchased directly from LumiDrop.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered processing or has been shipped.

If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after receiving it in accordance with our 30-day return policy.
